For more than 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of people, stories, and spaces—helping cathedrals, museums and heritage organisations bring their collections, stories and buildings to life and their ambitions into reality. My experience has been across a wide variety of organisations including council run services, religious sites, charities and also supporting creative individuals.
I’ve led individuals and teams through complex projects, shaped funded programmes, and developed campaigns that connect audiences in meaningful ways. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on practical, achievable changes that deliver significant results, helping create real impact within existing resources. I work collaboratively to turn ideas into actions that are sustainable, measurable, and make a genuine difference for both organisations and their audiences.
I specialise in helping overstretched teams and individuals with practical, realistic strategies across:
* Marketing & audience development
* Programming ideas
* Creative messaging & content direction
* Retail & visitor experience
My aim is to provide a small amount of space to work with me to consider and review how small changes within existing budgets and time can make change. I have worked in many fast paced environments where space isn’t given to these tasks. I provide the opportunity to make that space, act as a sounding board and provide an outside perspective on what might work. Everything I deliver is designed to be achievable and sustainable – something you or your team can continue confidently after I step away.
At the heart of my work is a belief that heritage, culture and the arts are only as powerful as the people who curate, care for, and champion it. My role is to support those people, giving them structure when things feel overwhelming, inspiration when new ideas are needed, and capacity when the to-do list is longer than the week.
If you’re looking for a collaborator who can bring both imagination and order to your next project, I’d love to hear from you.
